  • We can accommodate up to 50 guests seated and 100 standing upstairs
  • The main floor can accommodate 80 seated and 150 standing
  • NO room charge – Food and beverage minimums required.
  • Our Chef creates delicious menus with buffet food options, all planned with you beforehand,
    prepared freshly for your group.
  • Large, spacious private bar available for Individual or Host bar options with dedicated bartender
    and your choice of brand offerings. No attendant fee.
  • Friendly, efficient and professional staff.
  • Private handicap accessible bathrooms. Elevator access for next level!!
  • Modern electronics with Wi-Fi, impressive sound system and Pandora available for background
    music.
  • We also have cordless microphone (2) and an easel (floor and table top) for your use.
  • Big screen TV for presentations, slideshows and/or videos (Please provide laptop and HDMI cable)
  • Additional Covid cleaning and protocols are always in place.
  • Ample space for DJs and bands. All entertainment must be secured and booked by Host.
  • Plenty of parking near premises
  • Easy handicap access… elevator available if needed!
  • Tables and chairs are provided. Tables are 5, 6 and 8 ft rectangles
  • We also have 10 high top round tables. We will help coordinate your seating plan!
  • Decorations – as you like!! Please NO confetti style adornments, or any decorations causing excessive
    clean up.
  • NO date or time reserved without a nonrefundable deposit of $200.00 which will be applied to
    your final bill.

Food & Beverage Minimums

Tony Pazzo does not require a rental fee for the use of our Private room or Main Dining Room However, a food and beverage minimum is required for all scheduled events We base this minimum on the time and day of the week (see below). Minimums are subject to change without notice.

If the agreed upon minimum is not met during an event, an open charge for the remaining amount will be added to the bill. The food and beverage minimum does not include Maryland Sales Tax of 6% for food, 9% for alcohol and 6% for gratuity tax. Additionally 22% will be added as gratuity for the catering staff. There is no attendant fee unless a carving/ pasta station is requested

BAR SERVICE:
Host Bar – Host pays for all alcoholic beverages ordered by their guests by consumption on one check. Specialty drinks are welcome. Taxes and gratuity will be added automatically at the same rates as above.

Cash Bar – Guests pay cash or run checks as they order. Taxes and gratuity will be added automatically at the same rates as above.

Bar service typically runs until 30 minutes before the end of the event. We will work with you to have your group’s preferences on hand. All Maryland State liquor service laws are in place in the Private dining room and the Main room, even when the Party is considered “Private”. Any guest or host not in compliance with normal SOP of Kelsey’s restaurant liquor service will be asked to comply. No outside alcohol or beverages or containers will be permitted. Any fee or minimum will be applied, with no recourse, if compliance does not occur.

RESERVATION: Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis. A credit card must be provided to comply with the cancellation policy as described below. The deposit is a NON REFUNDABLE $200. It will apply to the final bill.

CANCELLATION: If an event is canceled within two weeks of the event date, the ENTIRE food and beverage minimum will be charged.

SET UP: We allow for 1 hour to set up /decorate then a 2.5 to 3.5 hour “party time” and clean up. More time may be available for an additional fee.
